    Right to access personal data and other rights
    1. The person involved has the right to: a) update, correct or, when so interested, to add to such data; b) to delete, convert into an anonymous form or block the data processed in violation of the law, including the data that need not be archived in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) to receive confirmation that the operations described in letters a) and b) were communicated, also for what concerns their content, to those for which the data was communicated or distributed, except for the case in which said obligation is impossible or involves the use of means that are clearly exaggerated with respect to the safeguarded right. 4. The person involved has the right to oppose, in all or part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data that concerns that person, even though pertinent to the purpose for which it was acquired; b) to the processing of personal data that concerns that person for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales material or to carry out market surveys or to effect commercial communications.
